How to get MARPE

I've recently got a Removable expander at age of 15 but this won't cause the mid palatal suture to split. How do I convince my ortho to change my treatement to MARPE? My toungue doesn't fit properly and my jaws are mildly recessed, but i don't have a very narrow palate and major breathing problems unless i mew and keep proper body posture then I snore.

Removable expanders are a scam. MARPE is not worth it for looksmaxing unless you have an extremely narrow palate

Why are they a scam and what do i do because my not ideal palate doesnt allow me to mew meaning poor facial developement
