I'm struggling a bit with chin/ mandible development. I'm not completely recessed but I just don't have both of those things to enhance my jaw more. Any advice to fix that currently 16 y.o?

considering your still 16 your facial bones are still developing, they’re in the late stages but are still growing (assuming you didn’t enter puberty really early).

Try testosterone maxxing, lift heavy weights and consume a lot of protein while also taking supplements like ashwaganda to naturally boost your test. Consume lots of cholesterol and zinc aswell, start performing chin tucks if your posture is bad and if your on the schizo side you try thumb pulling and what not.

Other than that testosterone maxing is probably your best right now other then hard maxing if your open to that.

What age do facial bones finally develop for men? Btw, I'm a bit on the schizo side by doing thumbpulling, bonesmashing etc. I'm also currently 2 months into my gym arc. Should I keep doing these things and maybe it might grow to the full potential?

None of that shit works

Mewing too.

Do what this guy says. Your facial bones could grow until you're 25. Some people get the most development at 18-19. To make sure you optimize your chances, workout heavy and consistently, forcing your body to get stronger and adapt to heavier weights, also eat very well and sleep a lot. Working out for the next two years consistently will have an effect on your facial bones, especially if you gain a lot of strength. Work neck also. Your body will adapt its hormones to fit your life style.

And mewing as well. Alot more people have bad tongue posture than you think. Focus on good posture well you do it. Lastly, you need to give it time. You can see with certain people if they compare their 22-23 year old self vs their 16 year old self, they look a lot different facially. Even if you saw a picture from 18-19. Some people just hit multiple growth spurts/ changes. Some people stop growing facially at 17. It depends on genetics and other things, but you can optimize your chances by working out to raise test, and possibly do a sport a few seasons in the meantime. Don't gotta play all year round, but some semesters/ years just do at least a couple months of sport that is hard and engaging.

And that's all you can do

It’s a bit different for everyone but the average man’s facial bones will be fully developed by the time he hits his early twenties but will have undergone their biggest developmental stages already by the time he is around 16-17.

And yes keep working out, lift heavy weights eat protein, this will naturally maximise your test to give the most natural forward growth and mass for your bones while you still somewhat can. I’m not to knowledgeable on thumb pulling and such but make sure you do it correctly so you don’t end up fucking yourself over rather then getting any benefits from it. Bone smashing should theoretically work considering your are creating micro cracks which will get repaired by the body and it will add on a little extra on top, just like when you workout a muscle and it grows. But I don’t think bone smashing can give any substantial changes unless you’re hitting your zygos/brow ridge. Tough be careful to not create asymmetry
