40kg adjustable dumbells
Squat rack
Cost: $700-$800
Probably could get it for $500 if you went second hand eBay
Having a home gym makes it so easy because I can just get my reps in throughout the day. I might do 4 sets of bench press before breakfast. After breakfast, I might do some inclines and flies. And then I go out and when i get back home i finish off my other sets.
