You can hop off the test e without anything and have very low test ,estrogen and dht maybe that will help you grow taller as seen in Klinefelter syndrome patients

No you need both testosterone and estrogen to function , blocking metabolites of testosterone will give you erectile dysfunction or soft erections not reaching 100%

I dont want to block my estrogen but mitigate a rebound from the testosterone + AI maybe aromasin instead of letrozole, in controlled doses with blood work. Is this realistic?

You will have less testosterone than a woman when you hop off the test , you don't need ai your body will try to recover testosterone first and that will take long time until it reach normal/average levels to get converted to estrogen

Sounds better. Test E stays in your body ~30 days after cycle if i could taper down slowly over the course of a few months my test would be normal?
