Which surgery can give you outward gonions (no implants only bone)

You could get them to cut the bone and put it a bit more out and slightly shift the angle.

Just get jaw angle implants

literally just ask chat gpt
no need to bother the forum with questions about surgeries you will never get
here:
If you’re looking to achieve a more outward projection of the gonia (mandibular angles) specifically through osteotomy (bone reshaping) without using implants, there are surgical techniques that can accomplish this, though it’s complex and requires precise planning. Here’s how it can be done:

  1. Mandibular Angle Osteotomy (Lateralization Osteotomy):
    • In this technique, surgeons perform a lateralization osteotomy on the mandibular angles. The goal is to cut and reposition the bone segments at the angles of the mandible to achieve a more outward projection.
    • The bone at the gonia is carefully cut, repositioned, and fixed in a way that increases the lateral width of the jaw. This technique requires skill to ensure symmetry and prevent damage to nearby nerves, particularly the inferior alveolar nerve.
  2. Mandibular Contouring with Outward Flare:
    • Another osteotomy technique involves reshaping the outer contours of the mandible to create a more prominent outward flare at the gonia.
    • Surgeons can cut and reposition the bone along specific vectors that enhance the width of the mandibular angles, while also achieving a sharper and more pronounced jawline. This is often done in people looking to accentuate their jawline for a more "angular" look.
  3. Sliding Genioplasty with Mandibular Angle Repositioning:
    • In some cases, surgeons can combine a sliding genioplasty (moving the chin forward or reshaping it) with mandibular angle osteotomies. This approach can give the jawline a more outward flare and greater width by altering the position of the entire lower jaw structure.
    • While primarily a chin procedure, it can be combined with outward angling of the gonia for a more balanced and structured look.
  4. Mandibular Outer Cortex Repositioning:
    • This involves cutting and outwardly rotating only the outer layer of the bone at the mandibular angles to achieve a subtle but noticeable outward projection. This method can preserve the inner structure and strength of the jaw while changing the angle appearance.
These osteotomies require high precision and planning, usually with the aid of 3D imaging and custom surgical guides to ensure that the bones are repositioned accurately and symmetrically. The complexity and precision involved make it essential to work with an experienced maxillofacial or craniofacial surgeon specialized in aesthetic osteotomies of the jaw.

no osteomatys for this, it‘s all stupid.

Get gonion implants and let GIANT plan them. They‘re the only valid thing when it comes to gonions

Will um jeden Preis Implants vermeiden. Bei normalen Knochenops nehmen die ja das Metal nach ner gewissen Zeit wieder raus.

one u jsut put on top of le gonion , other u widen the entire thing including bite chin etc just depends what u need

this is cope it's same shit, real bone isn't inherently better than titanium implant
But implants can cause bone lose later down the line

And are they both as predictable as each other in terms of results and do they cost the same as well?
