How to get periactin

I need to bulk and unfortunately periactin is not OTC.

Periactin is an antihistamine it blocks the h1 receptors which controls appetite

So basically you need to find medications that has the same mechanism of action

I would suggest desloratadine it's widely available otc

It won't have the same effects since cyproheptadine also blocks the 5ht2c receptors which showed weight gain when it's blocked

But you should feel appetite increase since desloratadine has high if not the highest affinity to h1 receptors among all antihistamines
