How to get plastic surgeons to take you seriously?

Been to 2 separate consultations for fillers or implants and they literally just say you should spend your money on a therapist. I can’t just say fuck you give me ramus implants so idk what to do. Tired of spending money on consultations for literally nothing at all. I’m not recessed or anything so idk if they only operate on those who rlly need it but damn this is annoying

ur surgeons are obviously shit
no good surgeon ever should tell u to spend money on a therapist instead
if u want to look better and think it'll look better u have every right to want to do that shit lmfao

unless u really are autistic and the shit u want would make u objectivelly worse looking, most of them would know, they have a degree in facial aesthetics.
