I’ve got a dorsal hump and a big nose I was thinking is there any way to get rid of it other than surgery?, if there isn’t here comes part 2 of my question how do I try get a rhinoplasty, in the uk I could get one for free currently but how do I convince them , worst case scenario what’s the most painless way to break your nose..

If you break your nose they wont fix it aesthetically they will fix it functionally so now you have crooked nose and a hump too

Nah wont work they will only take a look if the septum is straight, that means you will be able to breathe

Bro it does not even look that bad and as man it even seen as masculine dnt risk getting a botched surgery if it was crooked i would understand please just dont touch it
