idk, surgery is literally the only thing that works im pretty sure. they like grab some nerve or some shit and connect it. I have very little knowledge about it though.

strabismus surgery (you can get insurance to cover it)

You can train it which will help slightly but it wont fully fix it. Otherwise you can get surgery and i'm sure with a good insurance provider you get get covered.
