How to get rid of a voice lisp completely?

Like mine isn’t bad only if I focus on not doing it. But if I’m drunk for example ik my voice sounds shit asf. Like when i say ‘S’ it sounds like I got a lisp if I’m not focused on not doing it.

How tf do I naturally get rid of it. Cus it’s annoying

vist a speech therapist. It should be covered by nhs but might be better to get it done privately
