How to get rid of acne

I'm 14 and I have really bad acne, I need help on how I can remove it without costing alot of money, I've been wearing a mask to cover it but I think that won't work forever please help

No matter what you'll do to get immediate results, get on tretinoin for the long run

It will go away with age of course, but if you would like it to get removed more quickly i do suggest trying different acne medicines. I cant recommend anything specific since its different for everyone, so talk with a doctor about it.

Also sleep, drink water and eat healthy.

Azelaic acid 20% combined with isotretinoin/accutane pills. And blue light therapy
