How to get rid of bacne/shoulder acne

Is there any specific product I should be using? I'm doing the basic stuff like showering after I workout and wearing a different shirt when I go to bed and am using a facial cleanser.

Products containing Benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid can be helpful for light acne. But depending on the severity of your back acne, I would recommend Accutane for faster/noticeable improvements.
