those are sebaceous filaments, you can keep them from looking too prominent with pore strips and exfoliating regularly.

Implement a cleanser into your skincare routine. Make sure to pick one with either more benzoyl peroxide content (for oilier skin) or less (for dryer skin) Don’t forget to exfoliate.
