how to get rid of cheeks

Im skinny but got the face of snorlax. palate is small i can only show 6-8 teeth in my smile so it doesn't look natural or good (looks forced). Chin is recessed.

How the fuck do i fix all of this? Main priority is getting rid of face fat. ik there's aqualyx but what else? any natural methods? Idk it's annoying cuz im trying to gain weight and it all goes to my fucking face.

are you skinny healthy? Do you eat processed garbage that makes you perma inflamed? Do you supplement potassium in ratios to negate sodium? Do you drink enough water? Workout/ sweat enough?

diet is chill. water intake cud be much better. started working out but my test is low and i got high metabolism.
