How to get rid of Dandruff

My scalp is so flaky is there any way to keep dandruff from occuring.

Nah man i apply shampoo everyday to clean the scalp dead skin but still it remains

Ok so the first thing to understand is you may not have dandruff.

There are two different reasons your scalp could be flaking


- Dandruff: A fungus living in your scalp is causing your scalp to produce more oil and shed more quickly. Usually larger yellow flakes.

- Dry scalp: In the name, usually mistaken for dandruff. Much smaller, less sticky, white flakes.


You can buy special shampoo for either situation. Applying the wrong shampoo can exacerbate the situation as these are opposite problems.

I am certain i have dry scalp as my skin also gets dry also shampooing makes the scalp more i apply oil leave it overnight then wash it next day it helps a little
