Are you talking about tear troughs?

I had some quite deep ones on my forehead even when I was very young (probably due to shit eye sight and squinting etc)

Unfortunately, I think the only fix is a mixture of botox and fillers for deep wrinkles ;(

According to Dr. Bashey, the plasma treatment carries a greater risk of complications than lasers and chemical peels do. “Because it is so highly dependent on technical skill, there’s more that can go wrong, as we’re not able to control the ablation the way we can with an erbium or CO2 laser, for instance.”

It’s often touted as a less expensive alternative to fractional CO2 lasers, but the plasma pen doesn’t achieve the same depth of penetration as an ablative CO2 laser, so it can’t tighten and firm skin to the same degree.

At best, results from the Plasma Pen are not what patients hope for, and much of the skin laxity remains after the treatment. Many patients will also have pigmentation issues in the form of either light or dark spots. Burns from a Plasma Pen can also result in scarring. So, rather than reducing crepey or loose skin, Plasma Pen patients can be left with worse damage than they originally wanted to treat.

The Plasma Pen is not FDA cleared. Plasma Pens have been in use, especially overseas, for many years, and the technology is outdated compared to improved methods of rejuvenating the skin. In fact, the device has been banned in some countries, including Canada.

Darker skin tones (African American, African, Latin, Native American, Indian, Middle Eastern, Asian ancestry and people of mixed ethnicities) may not good candidates for Plasma Pen.

He also used to have deep wrinkles on his forehead but they disappeared thanks to a retina.
Hopefully something can be done, I don't want to wear botox :)
