Foken coomer
I coomed 3 times today by 9am, it's so over. I'll live by the coom, and die by the coom, at least you're with me though.

Check your t3 t4 lvls; hypothyroidism might be the reason of your hair dry.
Have you ever used isotretinoin?
Use a hair mask overnight for treatment (look at my threads history for my experience).

It's a common side effect that stays even after ending the treatment. I am in the same boat. I try to eat fattier food for more oily skin.

Lol who should i listen ?
low t if you don't listen to me tbh, but for real now, washing your hair every 2/3 days is not that bad it will not destroy the natural ph and will let natural oils remain for more time plus your hair will smell nice.(shampoo and conditioner)

Of course if you sweat and exercise alot you should wash your hair everyday

just use conditioner with argon oil / any other oils, and don't shampoo every day, experiment with different shampoo cycles
