How to get rid of eye bags

Are dark eye bags always gonna be recessed infra orbitals or can they also be that you’re lacking fat pads under your eyes? And what can be done to fix that + how do I know which one I have

Both of those can cause dark under eyes
Hollow/sunken + shadows is volume loss (fat or bone
Bulging = fat herniation (fat sticking out)

If lifting your cheek reduces the shadow, it’s volume loss. if a bulge stays, it’s fat
if it's Volume loss -- filler or fat grafting
If it's Fat bags ---- lower blepharoplasty

Depends on the severity. If they are large with way different coloring than the rest of the face, infra recession is the root cause.
If they are small and look blue-ish, it's caused by vasodilation can can be fixed by caffeine eye serum

I think your case is infra recession. You can do infraorbital rim implants to fix it.

Yes, but the result will be less defined than implants
