Heard exact opposite. If you are fat, you have plenty of fat there so if you lose fat, your eyes sunk in and it looks like bigger eyebags. Saw plenty of pictures of guys who lost weight and most of them have worse eye bags after weight lose.

Calorie deficits always give eyebags if you've been on one you'd know lol and also debloating is not the same as losing weight
