people on this forum are obsessed with bones. it can be due to bones and to fix that you need fillers or fat graph. fillers are better as fat graph is to be done over multiple sessions and it can look bad as you age. but fillers only last 6-12 months.

it could also very likely be due to some sort of vitamin deficiency (take high quality multivitamin). could also be sun damage under the eye (wear sun cream and use tretinoin to undo the damage). it could be due to allergies (take antihistamines and pray). it could be bad sleeping pattern or dehydration. it could be due to fat distribution in your face. it could be a mix of some or all of the above.

grafts if done correctly can be permanent, the cons are that the fat cells won't always survive on the first go around and you might have to redo it. It's also more expensive than fillers

incredibly minor and it is not worth surgery or fillers. i looked at the picture on your other thread with the side profile and it just looks like the skin is a bit thinner under your eyes. nothing to be concerned about just keep hydrated, sleep, and get your vitamins

you have good eye area, jaw, and can grow a stubble at a young age. you will only improve as you get older and even more masculine. only issue is small and slightly recessed chin but even then that might improve and if it does not you could consider a chin implant. get off this forum and enjoy your life i wish you the best
