How to get rid of eyelid fat(monolid)

I have so much subcutaneous fat on my eyelid that when i open my eyes fully my eyelids round up fron the side
I have tried icehooding and it just makes my eyelids more fat especially coming from a siberian and asian ancestry
I have seen korean guys with monolid eyes that don’t have fat on them so they have a bigger eyes
and my face fat asf
and i won’t starve just so i could fucking be seen as a human
175cm and 61kg

did you always have them?? i recently been having fat on my upper eyelids and i think it’s from some skincare product, i used to use panoxyl for my acne and it worked well, but caused rlly bad swelling to a point where i had to go to eye doc

you likely don’t have enough of a prominent brow ridge which would thin out the skin/eye fat
