i’ve been doing everything to get rid of face fat and if someone has techniques that aren’t just fully starving myself i’d be thankful

If you're under 18 don't worry about that yet. If you are over 18 then just go on -400 caloric deficit.(multiply your weight by 15(in pounds) and then subtract 400)
