How to get rid of gyno naturally

Im trying to loose weight for over 1.5 years now but still gyno fucks me up i might get surgery but idk if thats too much is there any way to get rid of it naturally

some cases can be treated decently by losing weight and hitting gym only. ususlly stage 1 gyno

Theres no way bro all you can do is surgery or get really lean depending on how bad it is
