How to get rid of gyno naturally

Im trying to loose weight for over 1.5 years now but still gyno fucks me up i might get surgery but idk if thats too much is there any way to get rid of it naturally

some cases can be treated decently by losing weight and hitting gym only. ususlly stage 1 gyno

@Zeta also has gyno but it's not that noticable once you lose a decent amount of weight and get lean
