Pseudo gyno is just an excess of fat around the nipple area

Pseudo gyno - lose fat, you need to get really low body fat. Psuedo gyno/real gyno - surgery, remove all of the shit (gland and fat) and you are good. As far as I know you have to pay whole price which may be big. Here where I live it costs 9-12k zloty so about 3k USD.

Im gonna go to my doctor soon hopefully I only have pseudo gyno . As for the surgery, can insurance cover it? if not some of it?

if caught very early i think you can blast letrezole for like 2-3 days and it will be gone, but normally thats just when caught realllllllyyyy early, maybe im just retarded dont take my advice

is your bf low enough to know if its actually a fat distribution problem? also one way to see is by lifting your arms back and seeing if theres an obvious lump there, if it equally disperses across your chest then may be pseudo

yeah for me i carry more fat around that area too so in the process of cutting down to see if it’s really even bad at all however the look of nipples showing through your shirt can be made up for by having large arms or other gymcel traits to make it looks like your chest is so big that your nipples are showing through your shirt, normies can’t tell difference

true gymcelling works in the sense of hiding gyno
