Laser treatment is the final and complete one, the only 100% legit, but isn't it expensive?

hyper pigmentation and scars are different. Deep Scars are usually healed with laser ,dermapen and chemical peels.

how do you get rid of nasolabial lines, not folds but the dark lines

azelaic acid 20% for 2 month and they will be gone

Skincare routine+benzoyl peroxide to avoid further scarring/acne, this is important so you can focus on the scars. I’d recommend dear klairs vitamin c drops to help the scars fade and improve skin texture. It will take time for these scars to go especially since they’re red and not brown but stay consistent and they’ll eventually go.

It's only on last recourse. Try the others first.

And to know if you only have hyperpigmentation, take a light, and put it in all angles of your skin. So you can know which type of scars these are.
Hyperpigmentation isn't a big thing to worry about though
Don't worry, if you have a skin routine, in a few months you won't see them.

Hyperpigmentation is due to overproduction of melanin which is different from post inflammatory erythema or atrophic acne scarring.

But for hyperpigmetation specifically, the best ingredients would be Hydroquinone, Alpha Arbutin, Tranexamic acid, or Niacinamide.
