Short answer: By doing it a lot
Long answer: Really can't be bothered, go google it, there's tons of research on this.

Realise that all the people you think are judging you literally dont give a fuck. They're all too busy worrying about themselves...like you are.

Then, if you've done this you should have no problem speaking to an audience, it's much easier...
Bro I used phenibut before a presentation and still went red as fuck in the face+sweating/stuttering

I am low inhib enough to run Test, have done other stupid shit years ago, I can cold approach girls but I am still too high inhib for basic human interactions lmao

Maybe beta blockers to lower heart rate

Hmmm....well it happens that I too get anxiety but in some very specific circumstances. Talking in public is not however one of them, in fact I feel empowered, uninhibited, I can joke and improvise easily. And of course there's the fact that you talk about a certain subject, you have a certain time to give your speech, you have to follow a certain structure, etc. it's highly unlikely you'll run out of things to say.
One-on-one conversation are more stressful to me, they can go in pretty much any direction and can sometimes turn awkward.

For me its the opposite, strange. I can talk to just about anyone 1on1.

if you know that you mog them at least in something so you can devalue their opinion (most don't give a shit anyway)
it's just for you

Well, anxiety can be quite complex, there are tons of reasons and causes for it, if it's just something that happens occasionally in specific circumstances you could simply take some benzos, beta-blockers, weed, kratom, alcohol, etc.
For chronic anxiety it can often be an underlying physiological cause, maybe you don't have enough magnesium in your body, or a certain vitamin, or you have irritable bowel syndrome, etc., there was this guy on the phoenixrising forums who kept a detailed journal about his anxiety and experimented with hundreds of supplements and cures, until he discovered what works for him, it's a quite fascinating topic:
