I realized that I have become lazier than I was before. Maybe it is because my sleeping routine was slightly fucked up. I've been thinking about making a routine, maybe walking in the park, swimming, and going to the gym. Is there anything else that u can do to get rid of laziness? Any good apps to plan to do some shit?

Not being lazy at 16 is tough. Most people are lazy until they're 18 & have more responsibility. I feel like most people have an epiphany and stop being lazy as they get older though lol. This isn't a reason to get complacent rn though

I'll share what currently helps me & what has helped me in the past
> Intense exercise

- This genuinely really helps me. I do HIIT around 3x a week. I feel really good afterwards. I've been calmer & more interested in things. It's helping me especially because I stopped taking amphetamines & my dopamine hasn't gone back to baseline, so I was feeling like shit before starting this
> You need to be organized

get all riled up get angry at something that never even happened and think that the world is in your hands feel free even when you're not feel like something has tied your back and you're bleeding and yelling trying to get out

> You need to be organized
- Organize what you need to complete for school, any extracurricular activities, hobbies, or work. Use google calendar, and/or google tasks. I like to use both for my work. Google tasks is practical & you feel a reward when you complete the task
> Sleep well
> Supplement whatever deficiencies you may have

- I was deficient in ferritin, vitamin d, and other things. Fixing deficiencies also helped increase my free testosterone about 60% in three months. Do bloodwork & find out what deficiencies you have or if there is any hormone that is suboptimal, and work towards fixing those
> Take stimulants
- Caffeine, amphetamines, methylphenidate, idk whatever works for you. I don't recommend amphetamines or methylphenidate if you don't need them, sides aren't worth it
> Discipline
- You probably don't have any, and I'm not implying i'm the most disciplined person either, but this is common sense & is the bare minimum. You need to do what you need to do whether you like it or not

The right order for doing things & not being lazy is usually the following
> Acknowledge what you have to do
> Get organized so you know where & when you will do it
> Don't overthink it, just show up. If there's something you don't want to do but you have to do it, just show up and you'll notice that you'll naturally push yourself to complete it once you're there
> Take stimulants

This is what works for me. Hope this helps
