So im 16 and last year i lost 30kg in about 7-8 months and now i have some loose skin on my body. Its not too bad but its preventing my abs to show too much unless i pull the skin down, it also makes my chest look a bit weird. Do you guys have any tips it would really mean a lot. Im not considering surgery right now to be honest, Im 6’0 btw.

try taking collagen supplements or eat collagen-rich food, other than that build your frame or pray to god you naturally grow to fill in a bit of that loose skin. goodluck brotha

honestly yeah, my parents are both below 165cm and im 180cm currently and still growing. i have my secrets for height growth though
yeah i thinl i should just focus to eating a lot of good foods, working out, sprinting and just hoping for the best tbh cuz my gtowth plates arent closed yet since i grew like 2 cm a month ago or so

try intermittent fasting for more hgh if you can handle it amd try putting on a few kilos of lean muscle, it shouldn't effect your skill on the pitch. thats what i would personally do if i were you

I am 17, It’s been about a year and some change since I lost 90-100 pounds. My stomach looks way better since keeping the weight off and gymmaxxing. Obviously it doesn’t look “good” but it looks a lot better than when people lose 100 pounds at age 30. The stretch marks are also completely white and much less visible.

Gymmaxx is important because muscles give your skin structure. At this age we have lots of collagen. You just have to be patient and not get fat again. By the way if you can’t see abs it’s probably still due to stomach fat. Loose skin hangs off the abs but doesn’t cover them that much except for people with very bulky loose skin (100+ pound weight loss.) when you get lean enough you will see defined abs, although there may still be a bit of skin at the bottom

That’s up to you. If you don’t actually have muscle mass on your frame, you shouldn’t cut because you will look like an Auschwitz survivor. If you’re new to lifting weights, spend a while “ maingaining.” Which is like a recomp- maintaining your bodyweight while eating high protein and lifting. After doing that for 6-12 months you can reevaluate. If you decide to bulk at some point, do a “lean bulk-“ gain weight very slowly, don’t go crazy eating junk food

either you develop as much muscle as you lost fat either surgery
