I have a mild case of milia around one of my eyes, predominantly next to the outer corner of my eye/eyebrow and to a lesser extent, underneath my eye.

For those of you who aren't familiar with milia, it's basically a bunch of white 'milky' spots located on the surface of the skin, best illustrated in these pics (pretty similar to what I'm experiencing):

What are some effective steps I could take, in order to get rid of them?

i heard from my mom its something connected to cholesterol (may be wrong)
get your thyroid (T3, T4, TSH if possible rT3 (reverse T3)) and cholesterol levels checked

I already exercise on a frequent basis and I'm in great shape tbh. Also, I already suffered from milia back when I wasn't in good shape yet.
Diet is okay as well, but perhaps it could be better. Are there any products I should be avoiding in particular?

i heard dairy products have bad effects on acne and skin. maybe it has effect also on milia. not sure thought. also make sure to eat enough fruits and vegetables that are filled with antioxidants and phytonutrients

They’re like rock hard right? If so, I had that. Take a clean sewing needle and scratch the area every night. You want to scratch the area directly under the milia. Create small little cuts, the milia will literally just fall off on its own within a week tops. Never had to deal with it again. Don’t touch your eyelid.
