How to get rid of Milia on my scrotum

Hey all, first post, but also I need advise

I've got some noticeable Milia around my...sack

recent visit to dermatologist suggested i wash it with warm water and apply some salicylic acid lotion there, but after a week of following, it rather turned my milia from noticeable yellow to dark like small pebbles there

i'm thinking about going full retard and pop them out using a thin needle if nothing works but man it's my ballsack, and i'm a bit afraid of using needle there

any advise? some friend suggested some essential oil helps like tea tree oil but i couldn't source it
