How to get rid of perioral mounds

I dont know if mine is called that but basically i have fat just on the sides of my lips its like a little fat pocket.
I searched it and it seems to be called perioral mounds but it says aging causes this and im just 17 it cant be aging

Liposuction or Aqualyx. Be careful as there is an artery that runs right by the mouth.
