How to get rid of PIP

Holy fuck i want to kill myself the test e quad and ventraglute PIP is making me want to end myself, basically makes me a handicap from day 2-4 after pinning, it doesnt swell, cause fevers or anything simply pain. I use a 25g 1inch needle how do i fix it?
