how to get rid of small pimples fast

so you know when a little pimple forms from rubbing your nose too much etc, how can I get them to go away fast? I got one on my cheek, one below my nose, and one on the top of my chin. they aren't really big except for the one on my cheek is small/medium sized. would icing work?

Spot treatment with 0.05 tretinoin is the fastest way to get rid of a pimple. My guess is that you don’t have that so just use a tinted sunscreen to make it look smaller or over the counter benzoyl peroxide

nah sadly dont got tret, would I purge if I use benzoyl peroxide for spot treat? the tinted sunscreen I got is like 2 shades darker jfl brutal. any brand recommendations for benzoyl ?
