smile lines are because of a recessed maxilla which cant be fixed without a lefort

to put it simply:


if you are overweight(anything over 16% bf) you can reduce their appearance by losing weight.
but it mainly is a structural issue. you probably have a recessed maxilla which can't really be fixed without surgery
