How to get rid of stressed feeling

So I'm usually pretty chill, but sometimes, often when I've had a coffee, I get this upset, somewhat uneasy feeling in my stomach. It's like pins and needles or something, you probably get what I'm talking about.

So what causes this stress and what can be done about it?

Meditation?
Breathing exercises?

Give me some guidance if you'd please be so kind as to!

I quit to save my collagen. I started taking retinol too, so smoking would seem to not make much sense for me at this point.

I will however get nicotine pouches in a few hrs after having a few days' break, so that'll be nice! (y)

I don't agree with that.

Here's a few things I thought of that do help me at least
  • Shower (hot and cold)
  • Eat small piece of fat or protein
  • Take a walk
  • Classical music
  • Playing a musical instrument

Because coffee stressed you out, duh

There's many ways of dealing with stress

You can do breathing exercises, breath in hold for 10 seconds breath out 10 seconds hold with nothing and repeat

Another thing is to pay attention to your surroundings and subconscious things

You can also learn to love stress

have fun with it

make it a game,

generally your stressed for a reason, so something is out to get you eg your boss, a fine from police any adversity, and even something as trivial as you've lost 5 dollars or anything really now it's your choice as to how you want your attitude about the problem to be have fun with it like hide and seek something is out to get you, and in this way stress can be a stimulus
