It isn't only caused by getting older, even at an accelerated aging rate that doesn't happen until you are at least 30+
Years of fucked up sleep and screen time are the major causes if you are <30, it's probably somewhat reversible if you fix those and get it all right for a year or two.
The frontal process of the maxilla also has influence not just the zygo
But no odd shapes are defects, as in 99% of cases it can get restored with HA filler
Undereyes is one of those things that makes a normal guy look like a subhuman
The only thing that can hide it without much effort is wearing glasses, the frame of the glasses will cover some or most of it
