ive been using a skin care routine for about a month and a half and my whiteheads have slowed down but these red smooth spots still are here after the whiteheads heal. Any medicine that could help with this?
already using niacinamide, azelaic acid, and salicylic acid, vitamin c

personally tret saved me, but its only cause I have the same genetic condition as my mom and she had it for her. if you do use it make sure to avoid sun and always wear sunscreen even in winter cause it can cause hyperpigmentation

Retinoids, preferably tret. Prescription free and cheaper in Mexico, pharmacy grade. Just find a way to get it sent here.

It’s probably genetic since your sister had the same problem. I have the same problem too
