im not sure if this works but ive heard you can inject fat to make them hooded and hide the upper eyelid exposure but it might not be true and you might strike a nerve. do you research before you do it tho

Fat Grafts and growing out eyelashes if they aren't decent in size with lash growth serums and curl them with a curler (zesty but helps)
