How to get rid of your gyno without surgery

This guide will be a basic run down of Raloxofiene and how to use it in order to potentially fix your gyno.

What is Raloxifiene?

Raloxifiene is a SERM that was originally designed as a treatment for osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. Basically it was developed to mimic the bone-strengthening effects of estrogen without increasing the risk of breast or uterine cancer which was unlike traditional hrt. Later, it was also approved for reducing the risk of invasive breast cancer in high-risk women, because it was found to block estrogen receptors in breast tissue.

That’s also why it got super popular in the body building world for treating gyno after a cycle and it also serves as a segway into the next section.

Will Raloxifiene even work for you?

This is the most important part of this guide, don’t fucking skip it or you’ll waste your time, money, and potentially fuck up your blood pressure for no reason.

Raloxifiene will only help reduce glandular gyno (this is the shit that forms from roids or an imbalance between estrogen and testosterone hormones during puberty). Raloxifiene won’t do shit for fibrotic gyno (A hard, firm lump under the nipple that feels like a marble. No tenderness. Been there for a while after puberty) because the tissue is no longer being driven by estrogen. Of course raloxifiene also won’t do shit for pseudogyno (Puffy nips from high body fat) but that’s easy to fix as you just have to stop being a fat fuck and lose some weight.

Here’s an example of glandular and fibrous gyno versus pseudogyno.

How do I figure out what kind of gyno I have?

To figure out what kind of gyno you have, start by doing the pinch test. Gently press around and under your nipple with your fingers. If you feel a rubbery, disc-like lump, that’s likely glandular tissue, especially if it’s sore or sensitive.

This is the kind Raloxifene can help with as stated before. If the area feels squishy and even with no solid mass and there's no pain, it's probably pseudogyno, which Ralox won't fix.

If the lump is hard, dense, and painless, and you’ve had it for 2+ years, it’s likely fibrotic gyno, which is no longer estrogen-driven and can’t be reversed with Ralox. You'd need surgery for that.

TLDR: the key signs that you have the fixable type are soft tissue, some tenderness, and recent onset (under 1–2 years).

Sides of Raloxifiene

They’re pretty fucking mild, and you seriously shouldn’t avoid this drug because of them. IF you have man boobs that can be fixed with this shit and you decide to not run it because you’re a little bitch scared of cramps then honestly blow your brains out.

But anyways, the most common are leg cramps, stiffness, or muscle aches, usually at higher doses like 120mg, usually manageable with hydration and magnesium. Some people have reported mild mood changes like irritability or mental flatness, though it's far less than with something like Tamoxifen. There’s a small risk of hot flashes or night sweats, especially in the first few weeks but again they’re not that serious. The most serious, and rarest, side is an increased risk of blood clots (DVT or PE), which is more likely if you're sedentary, overweight, or have a history of clotting issues. Libido or erectile changes are uncommon but possible, and usually resolve post-cycle. If you're healthy, active, and under 40, sides are minimal to none and you’ll be fine.

Dosing

Honestly, I’ve seen people run a variety of cycles with some running 120mg for a few weeks (2-4) and then tapering off to 60mg or 30mg for another 6-8 weeks and others running 60 migz for 4 weeks and then running 30mg for another 8 weeks.

Basically, dosing is gonna depend on how bad your gyno is and how fast you wanna get rid of it. If you wanna be aggressive with it, run 120 migz for a few weeks and then lower your dose. If you have a milder gyno and wanna run a more conservative cycle, run 60 migz for 4 weeks and then 30mg for another 8 weeks.

Anyways, that’s all for this guide. If I missed anything or got anything wrong, feel free to correct me. Here are all the studies and shit for the nerds.
