How to get rid off pigment spots/ melanine spots on your face?

Sup guys,

these shitty dots on my skin make my skin subhuman-looking. Its not the size of specifically one, its more like the amount of small dots in my face (got like 20 small dots all over my face). I visited a dermatologyst once and she basically told me that they are not removable? Or at least she told me it wont be possible. Does any body know how to treat this shit. Would be a huge help. Thank you in advance.
