Protein is good but has very little to do with hormones. Hormones are all about dietary fat. Idk if you're eating low fat, but low fat nukes testosterone. When test is low, upping the fats is a good idea. Specifically cholesterol (in eggs), because cholesterol is actually what all hormones are synthesized from in the body

How tf did you arrive at that number? Those stats should put your maintenance at 2200ish lmao, 1500 is what 100lb girls maintain on

I am 17 nearly same height and weight and my maintenance is 3500 and I bulk with 4000 cals. The guy has fucked up his metabolism, he should start lifting weights frequently and eat normal amount of calories to build muscle, and then think about losing weight. If you dont starve to death at 1000 cals, there is something wrong with you

All the supplements in the world won't do shit for you eating 1000 calories a day. Biological systems have bottlenecks. For you, nothing will help while calories bottleneck you. You can take all the supplements you want, and they may ramp up all the associated systems that regulate hormonal generation. But you lack the raw fuel used to generate hormones in the first place, so it's useless

In general, extras don't help until fundamentals are solid. This is why steroids are useless when people sleep 6hrs, eat like shit, train like a female
