How the fuck do i get sick on purpose. I have a physics exam in two days and i have not read a single word. I tried starting to read but its a lost cause the syllabus too damn big. Even with Two all-nighters in a row i cant complete this shit. I just wanna get a fever or vomitting and stay at home. Please help my soul

Do not sleep or eat for those 2days

wake up and instantly eat an insane amount of food (just stuff yourself with whatever you have), then push your fingers down your throat and puke in the toilet (I'm assuming you need to convince your parents that you're sick, so show them that and they should be convinced).

Or just say you have a headache, nobody can say anything against a headache

Update on what i am planning to do if anyone cares. I am going to eat alot of bread and shit and spin around in circles until i get dizzy and js throw up first thing tomorrow morning then i am gonna act sick the whole day and do the same thing day after tomorrow and say to my parents that i am really sick
