Here is my step-by-step plan to get extremely lean in 3 weeks.
Diet:
Diet:
- Mostly meat: 180g of protein per day
- To maintain muscle, protein shakes if needed
- Less than 30g of fats
- ~100g carbs before lifts (optional)
- Helps me have better workouts
- ~100-150g of carbs after lifts (Biggest meal)
- Most insulin sensitive and can refill glycogen stores
- 3-4 Liters of water everyday
- 2mg Tirzepatide every other day (can use more or less)
- Appetite suppression, insulin sensitivity
- 600mg-1,200mg Injectable L-Carnitine every day (depends if I remember to pin twice)
- use more fatty acids as energy (more fat loss)
- 20mcg clenbuterol (up dose by 20mcg every time shakes go away)
- ECA stack if you can't get clen
- Occasional 5mg Adderall when I'm craving food
- 2iu growth hormone before fasted cardio and 2iu before bed (Intramuscular)
- Increases lypolysis and recovery
- 30mg Testosterone everyday
- 50mg Masteron everyday
- 7mg Tren every other day
- Muscle retention, inhibition of glucocorticoids
- 20 minute light steady-state fasted cardio every morning
- Higher volume lifts
- only 1 set to complete failure per exercise
- 10 minutes steady-state cardio after lifts
- Pictures in same pose/lighting every morning while fasted
- Pro tip: On snapchat put a text box that says "cut/physique" or something so its easy to search for all your physique updates
- Track the weight and reps of your hardest set per lift and try to hit/beat that every lift
- Track fasted weight after pissing/shitting every morning
