Height is a fully heritable feature, unless you live in a malnourished country or have a severe disease, your parents genetic lineage defines your maximum height.

The best shot you have (statistically) at creating a tall kid is having kids with someone who is genetically from the Netherlands or Montenegro. Nordic countries are pretty tall too but have more variance.
