.) Acquire pull-up bar or similar
.) Tie your deadlift PR’s equivalent weight to your lower extremities
.) Securely tie your neck to the pull-up bar with piano wire or a belt.
.) Do 1 (one) pull-up to elevate yourself off of the ground. Make sure you cannot touch the ground even when legs are fully extended.
.) Once your body is above the ground, let go of the bar (while neck is still tied to pull up bar and weights are still tied to ankles/legs)
.) spine should be decompressed, adding extra 2-4 inches of height
.) tip: the longer you hold the spine lengthening position (without arms, neck only attached to bar) the taller u will grow
.) progressively overload with increasing weight by 1.5x every session every day
How it works: Wolff’s law is triggered due to spinal exercise. Also, stretching of the spine and neck stimulate cartilage growth, further supporting height growth even after the epiphyseal plates are sealed.
