Мне I am 15 years old and 167 tall. How do I get taller? Advise some supplements, recommendations, etc. And does massai jumping work?Does moringa work? L Arginine?My father's height is 172 and my mother's height is 160.How old can I grow up to?

fuck no to everything execpt l arginine and high intensity exercise such as sprinting
 
Actually, masai jumping may work for his microfacture shit. Moringa do not but can contribuate by his vitamin. Take vit d3+k2 and do some sport like basket or football.

Don't listen to ferrrx, sprinting WONT increase height but hgh (human growth hormone) can increase your height by 4-5 inches,
If you're 15 right now and 5'4 (You said 167 in cm, I'm hoping) and might be 5'8-5'10 at 20.. high intensity exercise might increase your height ferrrx was right about that. Other than that maybe hanging from a pull up bar could increase height by 1-2 inches within 1 month

u hit the heels with 300g-500g hammer for 1-5 mins each to each other day to grow the heel. Use as much force as possible without feeling to much pain.

With the ankles (the bulbous ends of the shinbone and the tibia), hit them as often and as long as with the heel, but use less force, as u are hitting an area filled with veins and arteries.

Do at ur own risk, but if ur manlet u might have little to lose

Are you NUTS??? DONT FUCKING SMASH, YOUR HEELS OR ANKLES:lul::lul::lul:!!! They aren't designed for this impact and the heel won't grow to produce a significant increase in height anyways, given you don't break your bones or induce permanent joint damage! Instead, sprinting and maasai jumps along with lots of stretching and a healthy lifestyle is your best bet.
Bones remodel and grow in response to axial stress, ie pulling downwards or pushing upwards the most, which running and jumps directly activate. Bonesmashing your shinbones in a general manner by kicking a heavy bag also works. just make sure to stay within limits and don't overwork yourself! :ROFLMAO:
