What helped me hella was drinking kefir , sun tanning hella and going out and sea water. This doesn’t just ascend ur skin but also overall health indicators .

Yeah fr. Whenever I’m on holidays. Going out in the seawater getting sunlight just helps so much. And drinking lots of water. I used to use adapelene but that shit made my face like fucking white after a while and just was bad idk.

Ye raw kefir u make it at home. Very OP for acne. Both drinking it and ALSO applying on ur face (since it’s very high in lactic acid it’s great for acne and sebaceous filaments).
