How to Get the Most Out of Your Height

In this guide I will talk about softmaxing / frauding and other methods to appear taller or maximise your height potential.
If you follow everything I talk about, you can realistically expect to gain up to 4–5 inches or 5–10 cm.
Please be aware that every person is unique and that you might not gain up to 5 inches in height. If that bothers you, consider rope maxing or start pinning test to get some confidence.

Shoes that make you taller
Wearing shoes that increase your perceived height is an unpatched method and a no-brainer to appear taller. If you care enough, it is important to wear shoes that fit your style and don’t look out of place, because you might look retarded.

People with at least an average IQ will subtract the height of your shoes from your height if they analyse you, so keep that in mind.

Height boost Insoles for your shoes or socks

So you can lose up to 2 cm or 1 inch 4 hours after waking up.

You can even shrink up to 1 cm or ½ inch if you do heavy lifting because it applies pressure to your spine.

You can counteract the shrinking if you take the MSM supplement daily. It enhances the morning height effect by supporting disc hydration and cartilage strength. HGH will only increase your height if your growth plates are still open. You can check if they are still open by doing an X-ray of your hand, wrist, or pelvis. Check this with a pediatrician or orthopedic doctor.
You will notice significant growth during puberty though. There are guides online regarding dosage and everything else you should know about this.
