How to get the normie motivation again.

We all remember it,
The motivation we had to improve our looks WITHOUT knowing about the blackpill.

The redpill cope with going to the gym, taking care of urself, becoming strong etc.

We realized after discovering the blackpill that all of this cope won't change much, most of us have the "it's over" mentality even tho we have potential.

I want to have the feeling to COPE again the feeling of NORMIE bluepill or even just redpill cope but why is the truth, the rational objective truth so brutal?

I CANT COPE ANYMORE EVEN IF I GET DOWN TO 8% BODYFAT I WONT HAVE A CHAD LOWER THIRD AND CHAD EYE AREA I NEED THOSE THINGS THO I NEED THEM BECAUSE MY LOOKS NEED TO BE ON THE LEVEL OF MY NARCISM. A NARCISSIST IS A FOOL IF HE DOESNT LIVE UP TO HIS NARCISM IT FUCKING HURTS. AFTER I REACH CHADLITE ILL FINALLY BE ABLE TO LIVE OUT MY NARCISM AND RIGHTFULLY BULLY INFERIOR PEOPLE WHILE OTHER INFERIOR PEOPLE SUPPORT ME. I WANT THEM TO ASK ME "HOW DID U DO IT" AND THEN IM GONNA GIVE THEM SHITTY ADVICE THAT WONT CHANGE ANYTHING IN THEIR LIFE "Yes bro i just drank a lot of orange juice for vitamin c" AND THEN THEY WILL FOLLOW ME AND ACHIEVE NOTHING

I think it's about thinking rationally about it. I'm blackpilled in the sense that I realize looks matter a lot, but I also know that being lean, no matter your PSL is better than the chubby version of you. I know that being fit is better than being fat, and I know that having a good career and fulfilling hobbies beats rotting in a basement with no money. These are facts no matter your looks level.

I had my years of just caring about looks. I needed those. But as some point you have to realize that life is a lot more than just your looks. Yes they influence almost everything, and yes you should do what you can to maximize them. But also focus on your own well-being. Find value in good habits, building momentum, and achieving goals.
