What hair cut is this? Fringe?

What hair products I need? Texturizing powder, sea salt spray?

You just need to cut your hair to meet his length. That's like 6 inches on top and sicssors on the sides. Comb your hair in a side part, then set your bangs like his using your hands. His hair is pretty flat, you should have no problem attaining this style.

It's only worth trying to copy hairstyles from people with similar hairstyle. Jfl at spending hours in front of a mirror every morning curling/ straightening/blowdrying your hair just to copy someone elses natural look.
